This Agreement sets out how we’ll work together inside the Freedom Studio Accelerator — a partnership designed to help you create structure that flows with your energy, not against it.
By joining, paying for, or accessing the Programme, you agree to these terms.
This is not just paperwork — it’s our shared commitment to honesty, clarity, and growth.
Initial Cost:
£2,000 (ex VAT) Paid in Full
£2,010 (ex VAT) Paid Monthly
Currently RCS Rocks Ltd is not VAT registered
Ongoing Support: £399 per month (after the first 3 months, rolling until cancelled with 14 days’ notice)
Payment Terms:
Payment is due before your Programme starts,
Ongoing monthly support (£399) begins automatically after your initial 3 months.
Payments are collected automatically via Stripe or BACS.
If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before your access pauses.
Payment = Acceptance.
Once you’ve paid, you’ve agreed to these terms.
No refunds, no pauses — but full support while you’re here.
Billing
All payments are billed in advance for the upcoming subscription period.
Payments are automatically processed on the same calendar day each month, based on your original sign-up date.
Currency Conversion
For users outside the UK, payments will be converted to your local currency based on the exchange rate determined by your card issuer.
Additional conversion fees may apply.
Included in Your Mentorship:
1. Weekly 1:1 with RCS
A dedicated one-to-one session each week for tailored strategy, creative direction, and deep accountability.
These sessions are about you — your ideas, your blocks, your next moves.
2. Freedom Studio Community (Skool)
Your online home — a premium, private space for business owners who thrive on energy and connection, not rigid systems.
This is where belonging replaces burnout, and collaboration replaces comparison.
3. Direct Access to RCS via WhatsApp
Quick support between calls — feedback, clarity, or encouragement when you need it.
Boundaries apply (RCS sleeps occasionally), but it’s your line to keep momentum and focus.
4. CLARA — Your AI Co-Coach
You’ll also have access to CLARA, your AI-powered thinking partner — a digital extension of the RCS coaching style.
CLARA helps you brainstorm, script content, build offers, and find clarity fast.
It’s not about replacing the human — it’s about keeping your rhythm between calls.
5. Digital Tools & Resources
Frameworks, templates, and on-demand videos that bring the lessons to life. All built around simplicity, focus, and creative freedom.
6. Ongoing Mentorship (Optional)
After your initial 3 months, you can continue with everything — the 1:1s, group calls, CLARA access, community, and support — for £399/month.
Cancel 14 days before the end of your Intensive, and time after month three with 14 days’ notice.
You don’t need to fix your focus.
You just need a rhythm that works with your energy.
This Programme helps you find that rhythm — the mix of structure, flow, and accountability that helps you do your best work.
I’ll give you guidance, direction, and tools.
You bring honesty, effort, and action.
The community runs on curiosity, trust and accountability

This goes both ways, If you think I'm failing you or not giving value, tell me.
If I think you're failing yourself, I'll tell you.
If you’re disruptive, disrespectful, or behave in a way that harms the experience for others, we may remove you from the Programme without refund.
No judgement.

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring all activities under your account comply with these terms.
Prohibited Activities
Misuse of the platform, including unauthorised sharing of content or accounts, may result in immediate suspension or termination.
All materials — frameworks, recordings, videos, PDFs, and templates — are owned by RCS ROCKS LTD.
You’re granted a personal licence to use them in your own business.
You can’t:
Copy, share, or resell them
Teach or publish them as your own work
Everything is delivered digitally.
Once you’ve accessed it, that counts as delivery.
No refunds apply after access is granted.
Purpose of AI (CLARA)
CLARA is a GPT-powered tool designed to provide guidance, content suggestions, and general assistance. While we strive to ensure that CLARA delivers accurate and helpful information, users acknowledge that:
CLARA’s responses are based on available data and may not always be accurate, complete, or free from errors.
CLARA’s content is for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for critical business decisions.
Prohibited Uploads
Users must not upload personal, sensitive, or confidential data to CLARA.
Limitation of Liability
RCS Rocks Ltd is not liable for:
Any inaccuracies or errors in CLARA’s responses.
Damages resulting from reliance on advice or suggestions provided by CLARA.
Unauthorised data uploads or misuse of the platform by the user.
Everything shared in calls, messages, or the community is to be held strictly confidential.
You agree to protect the privacy of other members, and we’ll protect yours.
You may be asked to grant RCS ROCKS LTD permission to use your testimonial, likeness, or story for marketing or educational purposes, always truthfully and respectfully.
I’ll guide you, coach you, and support you — but you’re the one driving.
I don’t promise specific results, only that I'll show up fully to help you reach yours.
You’re responsible for your own business decisions, outcomes, and growth.
This isn’t about becoming more disciplined.
It’s about learning to stop fighting yourself.
You’ll learn to roll with your mind — to dance with the chaos that used to hold you back.
